1)Title: Write Your Title For Example Free Sample Schiff MegaRed Krill Oil in the title box
2) Find an image of schiff megared on google right click and save to your computer in pictures folder
Then click the box next to the word link that looks like a photo find the image on your computer and hit okay the photo will show,
Then start typing under the photo the words Request your free sample here. Highlight the words Request your free sample here by holding down your mouse across the words, then click the word link above, you will see a box that says web address this is where you would enter the link for the free sample and then click okay the words will become underlined. then click publish post then you just put up your first post
